About Me

My name is John Ferguson and I am married with two sons. Most of my career has been in Retail Management. Which was where I have gained much of my experience and training in coaching. I have worked in nature conservation management and I am also a company director.

I have always found it very rewarding to help people progress and develop their potential. This was what attracted me to specialize in Personal Coaching.

I hold both a Certificate and Diploma in Life Coaching with Newcastle College. I have also had Coaching training from the Full Potential Group and the Institute of Human Development. Always check that a Coach you consider engaging is qualified. The coaching sector encourages coaches to have qualifications in coaching to ensure clients receive a consistent standard of coaching.
